“Alzheimer’s disease and dementia symptoms were diagnosed to my husband at 73 years of age.

“ADHD Grandson, Age 7, Who Was On Ritalin And Was Always The Troublemaker Last Year In School”

“My ADHD story; Within 3 weeks from beginning the F&Q, my Grandson, age 7, who was on Ritalin for his ADHD and was always the troublemaker last year in school, has since become the best behaved child in his class this year. The amount of prescription medication has been decreased to almost none at all.

Before he began taking F&Q his memory was poor, his ability to learn very deficient, he had trouble showing true emotion, was antagonistic at any time, and had to see a ADHD psychologist on a weekly basis. He was diagnosed as having ADHD.

Case Study 4

“Anxiety And Depression – I’m One Of 32 Professional Educators Who Participated In A Double Blind Clinical Trial – Who Are Convinced They Are Over-Worked, Under-Paid, Adrift In A Sea Of Apathy With A “Class From Hell”

Anxiety and depression was the main topic last school year. Dear Fellow Educator, I was one of 32 professional educators who participated in the anxiety and depression double blind clinical trial of F&Q last year. I have been asked to relate some of my observations and those of other participants during the clinical trial. As you will see, some have direct implications to the classroom, some deal with interpersonal situations, some are just fun.

One of my vivid recollections of the clinical trial was a game we played, called “Who is and Who isn’t”. None of us knew who had the experimental formula and who had a placebo. Several of us would observe the anxiety and depression behavior of the other participants to see if we could guess who was on the experimental formula and who had the placebo. We observed our peers (Who Is) to be more relaxed and slow to anger. Their interactions with peers and students were significantly more positive, they seemed much more forward looking in their outlook concerning their professional and their personal lives, and their absentee rate was significantly lower (there was no need for “mental health” days).

Conversely, our observations of those participants taking a placebo (Who Isn’t) consisted of the same things one would hear and see in any teacher’s lounge in the United States. Everyone was convinced they had the “class from hell”, they were over worked and under paid, they felt alone and adrift in a sea of apathy and negativism, and in general they felt trapped and out of control. However, do not feel badly for these participants because this was a double blind study. They soon had the experimental formula. After the trial was complete, I checked our unofficial observation data and much to my amazement we were 100% correct!

I would be very remiss if I did not recount the amazing transformation of one of our administrators who participated in the study. I feel some background information is necessary. Before 1:00 p.m. a grunt from this person was a complete sentence. He had a large office with sterile white walls filled with cold steel furniture. His desk was so large that we used to kid him, claiming that it put him in a different time zone. One Monday morning during the clinical trial we arrived to witness a most amazing site. During the weekend he had painted the walls of his office a soft blue and had hung pictures. Gone was the steel, and in its place was warm wood furniture with over-stuffed chairs. With our collective mouths ajar he told us he had always wanted a “warm inviting office where people wanted to sit and chat with him”.

As I’ve recounted these tales to people, they always ask me how such overt behavioral changes are possible, and how the individual demonstrating these changes cannot be cognizant of them. It is really quite simple. This nutritional formulation provides the brain with the raw materials in the concentration it needs to be neuro-chemically balanced. Peers and spouses always notice the change long before the individual taking the product does. My wife knows and reminds me if I have forgotten to take mine.

I have been a professional educator for over fifteen years. My story is no different than any other educator in this country.
